Account information you provide, such as your name, email, username, and business details.

Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider (Whop). We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited billing and subscription status data needed to grant access.

Content you create in the Service, including client records, invoices, requisitions, appointments, posts, and generated media.

Usage and device data, such as pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location derived from IP, and basic diagnostics, used to operate and improve the Service.

To provide, secure, and improve the Service; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to send transactional messages (such as receipts, invoices, and account notices); to provide support; and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share limited data with providers that operate the Service on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it. These include our payment processor (Whop), email delivery (Resend), messaging integrations (Meta platforms, when you connect them), AI providers (such as OpenRouter and fal.ai) for features you use, mapping (OpenStreetMap-based services), and cloud hosting and storage (including Cloudflare).

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

When you use MobileLabs.ai to run your business, you may store personal and health-related information about your own clients. For that information, you are the controller and we act as a processor on your behalf, handling it to provide the Service to you and per your instructions.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that information and for honoring your clients' privacy rights.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely. We do not use them to sell your data.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption of sensitive credentials, though no method is perfectly secure.

You can access and update most account information in your settings, cancel your subscription at any time, and request deletion of your account by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information.

The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy; we will revise the date below and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice.
