Terms of Service

MobileLabs.ai provides education, community, and software tools for people who operate or want to operate a mobile phlebotomy business. It is a business-enablement platform.

MobileLabs.ai is not a clinical laboratory, a healthcare provider, a CLIA-certified facility, or a party to the services you provide to your own clients. We do not draw blood, order tests, or deliver medical results. You alone are responsible for the phlebotomy services you perform and for your compliance with all applicable laws.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) or as a one-time purchase, as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop; by subscribing you also agree to the payment provider's terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Prices may change; we will give notice of price changes before they take effect on your next renewal.

Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, and one-time digital purchases (courses, ebooks) are non-refundable once access has been granted, because the content is delivered immediately.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

The Service lets you manage your own clients, send invoices, collect payments, schedule appointments, and market your business. When you use these tools, you are the business owner and the party responsible to your clients. MobileLabs.ai is a tool you use, not a party to those relationships.

You are solely responsible for the invoices you issue, the payments you collect (including through any payment account you connect), the agreements you make with your clients, applicable taxes, and your compliance with healthcare, licensing, privacy, and consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

You are the controller of your clients' personal and health information. You must have a lawful basis to collect and process it and must handle it in accordance with applicable law.

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity; no attempts to breach security or access data that isn't yours; no scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling the Service; and no using the Service to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

The Service, including our courses, software, and brand, is owned by MobileLabs.ai or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share paid content.

You retain ownership of the content you create (client records, invoices, posts, generated media). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

The Service integrates third-party providers (for example, payment processing, email delivery, messaging, mapping, and AI generation). Your use of features that rely on them may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

AI-assisted features generate suggestions and drafts that may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing any AI output before you rely on or send it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Educational content is not medical, legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice. Certification, CLIA, licensing, insurance, and scope-of-practice requirements vary by state and change over time; you are responsible for verifying and complying with the rules in your jurisdiction. Results vary, and nothing on the Service guarantees income or business success.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobileLabs.ai and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold MobileLabs.ai harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, the services you provide to your own clients, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the date below and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
